I keep icing and heat on the injury along with a lot of stretching, things are feeling a lot better but I'll give it another day or two before running, 20 mile road ride that felt awesome!!!!!! I really need to keep crosstraining as part of my overall training process.

Keep after it, this injury stuff takes time to heal and we all seem to be in such a hurry to get back on the road. Good things come to those that wait!!! I've got my cross training and weight lifting program is full swing and I'm really feeling much better for it.

You're so right. As runners we feel like we need to be running so we rush things a little to much. I'm in total agreement with you on the cross-training.I think it'll make us better runners and help us stay injury free.
