I'm seeing a pattern of miles here... :)
Nice workouts this week! I never got a chance after Boston to come and say a proper hello. So, Hello :)

Hello :) I know things got really crazy after Boston. I feel so sorry for the ones that lost their lives or were injured in the bombings but I was "SO" glad when I finally heard that all my friends were OK!!!!
I've been stalking you on the blog. You're an amazing runner, me I'm just trying to keep the legs moving. I really don't have any races coming up, I'm just getting in some base miles. I bought a new rode bike that I plan on putting a few miles on when it's to wet to hit the MTB trail.
