Afternoon run after work. Another nice day but I took it earsier today,

Morning workout and run. The legs and feet are a little sore and tired this morning so I was a little slow getting started. I think I need to take tomorrow off to rest up. The last few days have been good.

Afternoon run before taking my wife out for an afternoon lunch. 3 mile @7:30 avg pace

Another early morning run plus workout. sub 8 avg pace

Easy afternoon run just beating the rain.
