Am workout after work

Day off from running but hit the trail in the late afternoon  for a beautiful afternoon ride 13 miles of a relaxing MTB ride.

AM run 75 and sunny. I pushed the pace and distance a little further today to see how the foot would do. It feels alright now but I'll see how it feels tomorrow, either way I'll back off on the pace tomorrow and take it easy.

PM bike ride the weather was so nice I took a 15 mile road ride.
