10 mile morning run before church

Late afternoon run. I thought the piriformis doing a lot better but it's not. Not sure what to do except give it some more rest?

I know you will do the right thing! This piriformis muscle thing is a very tricky one and it looks like a real chore to recover from even if it has been diagnosed correctly!

Opps that was a typo or just wishful thinking. That was actually a 10 mile road ride.
