Way to get out and follow up that long run with a great recovery run....sounds like you've got the physical side of the run down, now get your mental side all together and the spiritual will fall into place...You Da Man!

Rhett, it's April 25 like Lloyd said. It's supposed to be a really flat course with just some rolling hills with the exception of one hill about mile 20 something. It's not much from the way they talk. It's only about a three and half hour drive from where I live which will make it nice. Now if I can just get the weather to cooperate I'll be alright.

Nothing like the Newton hills from the way the elevation chart looks and the way people talk it's just a bump in the road.
