You are in such good shape. Are you going to try and sign up for another marathon soon so you don't have to go through the whole cycle again?

Rhett I'd like to but the body won't be up to resume the rigors of training again for the next couple weeks. I haven't looked for what's out there but it'd be doubtful I can find a marathon that would fit in.

Here's the website for the Big Cottonwood Marathon, check it out. It's on Sept 12, 2015.....I can get you a room at a super B & B for free and all the transportation you can handle.

Wow Slick that sounds like Fun I've stayed at that B & B before and it's superb!!!! Thanks I'll really consider that. I'm not making the progress on this injury that I need to be so it might include a trip to the Doctor. I'm pretty sure it's a piriformis issue and from everything I've read it just takes time, stretching, massaging and some rehab. Have you ever had any dealings with this type of injury? I'm able to ride so I'm keeping some degree of fitness which is nice but it flares up everytime I try and run. Overall I'm can tell it's getting better just not able to run yet.
