Morning run 25 degrees and sunny no wind. Perfect morning for a long run.The goal for today was to go out with a nice easy pace with minimal effort for the first half then pick it up to close to marathon pace the last half.

Late afternoon run after work 35 degrees and no wind. I was running in the dark so I just kept a and nice easy relaxed pace, looked at the garmin when I got through 7:58 avg.

Another late afternoon run after work 45 dark and felt cold for some reason but a slow easy enjoyable run.
