Watch out for "PF" and IT band issues as you start out the running!!!!

Thanks Coach, You are so wise my friend. The IT band is acting up a little on the left leg so Tuesday was a rest day from running. Today (Wednesday) I ran but took a lot of walking breaks with a roll down when things started to get tight. This recovery thing is going to take longer than I wanted it to.
