I've had to work a bunch the last two days so I left work early and went by the gym today for a workout and actually ran, yes ran on the treadmill. I started out with and 1/4 warm up then ran 3.75 at what ended up a <8 pace. Then I went to my doctor and MT and they thought everything was looking better.

Now it's Thursday, how do you feel?

Rhett Thanks for the encouragement. This has been by far my worst injury to get over.

Slick, little tight but not bad. I think I'm going to try an every other day approach for the next couple of weeks.

Bring it back slow and easy for the long haul!
