6 mile morning run before church. 26 degrees sunny and no wind Great morning for a run. My left leg is finally coming around I could really tell a difference going up the hills.

Nice progression run. 26 sounds really cold to me.

Rhett 26 is cold just for the first mile then everything gets warmed up and it feels great. I'd much rather run when it 26 as 85.
