Nice ride. Smart for working your way back slowly. It is tough coming back from an injury I always try to rush back and make it worse. You have definitely kept your fitness up with the biking.

Slick I'll be lucky to be able to run a decent 5k in 63 days yet alone a marathon. I'd love to run Boston next year but in reality that ain't happening. Good luck to you in your training.
