AM run 75 and sunny. I pushed the pace and distance a little further today to see how the foot would do. It feels alright now but I'll see how it feels tomorrow, either way I'll back off on the pace tomorrow and take it easy.

I'm trying but sometimes it's hard to know when to push it a little and when to back off and take it easy. Even though the foot isn't 100% I can see small improvements in it every day so maybe I'm doing things right???
