Not as good as I'd hoped for but we'll see. Got up this morning and the foot didn't feel any worst than if I hadn't ran yesterday so that's a good sign. The pain is kind of moving around, not as much heel pain as it's along the outside part of my foot now so maybe it's getting better ??? I'll rest it tomorrow and try it again Sat. afternoon.
