Afternoon run after work 85+ and Hot legs felt heavy and not much energy ???

AM bike ride home from work 23 miles

Late afternoon run "HOT" 90's and humid first 4 miles held a decent pace last 2 were a struggle.

Tried early morning run(5 am) 65-70 degrees not a great time but it felt a lot better than having the sun bearing down on you.

AM workout - Reat day from running

AM- Run came home ate something and got some chores done then took a 20 mile bike ride at a little over 18 mph avg.

PM - Took the Misses to eat then for a 3 mile walk along the beach and over Ky. Dam
