Was going to run an easy 8-10 but nursing a sore foot. I think I'll try an easy bike ride to get a little cardio in.

8 days till Show Time in Bean Town !!!!!!!!!

Easy and gingerly  ran 3 miles to see how the foot would respond. I was very encouraged with the outcome, hopefully I'll be 100% come Monday but I don't think the Elite runners have anything to worry about.

Great morning to run sunny and in the 40"s. I gave the foot the test today and everything seems to be OK as long as I don't make any lateral moves. My little toe is still sore and the base of my toes are still swelled  but I can live with that. I'm still a little concerned that this may give me some problems in the later miles of the marathon but I'm staying positive that it won't.
