I've been kind of under the weather the past few days but looks like I'm finally getting back to normal (almost). It felt good to workout and run and doesn't seem like it bothered me so I'll try and do it again tomorrow. A easy pace run to ease back into it.

Thanks Jim, just a weird bug that we seem to be passing around at work. The good news is I think I've kicked it in about a week others still have it hanging on for 2 to 3 weeks.
