last week of taper then it's off to The Boston! Be careful training this week and don't catch a cold. Hey Man, are you doing the 5k run the day before.And don't forget to visit the Bell in Hand Tavern for me....

Thanks,I've already got taper "MADNESS" going on in my head. No I didn't get signed up in time to do the 5k. I wish I had. Man, I wish you were going!!!!!

You can sign up for the 5k when you go to the EXPO when you get there...Get ahold of Marcie and Marc and get them to run it with you!!
