I got an surprised day off from work this weekend because we're ahead of schedule so I took advantage of it and went out for a long run. 18 slow easy miles 44 degrees,rainy and very windy.

Yo Ronnie, looks like I got pretty much the same weather you got a day later. Uck! I started out at 55 degrees and at the end it was 26 degrees. I surly hate running into the wind both ways...
Good on ya for getting in a long run under difficult conditions. 20 days and a wake up and it's runnin' time in Bean Town!
