Oh my, 32 degrees! That's like cruel and unusual punishment compared with the +50 degree stuff I was running in today!

It's is been a wild and crazy winter this year in Kentucky. Right now there's about an inch or more of ice and sleet on the ground with another 6 inches of snow on top of that forecast for tonight. Sounds like a challenging week!!!!!

Thanks Rhett,training has been rough with the weather and things at work but I'm feeling Good about where I at. Yes I'll be running at Boston with the "Master Slick". I just hope I can keep up with him. By the way Great race Saturday
