Hey I'm not in full taper mode just yet just taking an extra day off. I'll really start to enjoy it when I get this last long run out of the way Fri. or Sat. might even have to spend some time with "Jack" this weekend to celebrate a little. I was really feeling pretty good till last weekends long run and for some reason the 70 degree weather kicked my butt and made some of those battle injuries feel worst;I'm taking the long run this weekend nice and slow for the most part might throw in some MP miles in the middle and then it's TAPER time to heal and be ready for SC USA !!!!
