The plan was to go out and run an comfortable pace for a shorter long run this week so I tried not to look down at my garmin to much and just run by feel.

30 and sunny no wind "PERFECT"

Just got rub down with the "Stick", put a little absorbine on the feet and things are feeling "Good". Headed out to get the final few things for Christmas and eat lunch with the wife.
