Well S#@^ !!!!!!!

I really thought a week off would put to rest the groin and foot issues but no such luck. I could tell in the first tenth that things weren't good. Now that's the bad news the good news is even though things weren't good they didn't seem to get any worse. The foot felt good but the groin hurt and was weak ( if that makes any sense). After running I went to church, to eat with a group from church then I hit the gym for a good stretching and workout which felt good. ????????
