How are you handeling the heat?

From Hillbilly Runner on Tue, Jul 03, 2012 at 06:03:32 from 207.162.187.46

Hasn't hurt me to bad till yesterday and I had to take that break after 3 miles. As long as I can pick and choose when I run and keep them under 10 miles I think I'll survive, unlike you I'm not training for a fall marathon. Me and the Miss are headed to Atlanta to see our son.Ryan and me will be running/jogging in the Peachtree 10k Wed.Be careful and stay safe !!

When is the Peachtree? I've got a 10k in about 21 days here in SLC, the Des News 10K. Sure hope the heat is down and the fires are out by then.
