I'll run another long run next week but start backing down on my total weekly mileage,about 10 days out run a 13-15 mile long run then be in full tapper mode. That's the plan anyway.

I like it. "Plan" your "Run", "Run" your "Plan"!!! 21 days till boston and you are at the peak of your game. Be careful not to over train or get sick or injured. It's taper time. Go back and read up on what taper time really means...and live it!
