Are you sure your not training for a Tri?

I'm just trying to keep this old body in some kind of shape but I have to admit I love grinding it out on either the mountain or road bike. The good news is my foot is feeling "GREAT" and the groin muscle that I pulled in the bike crash is coming along, so even though I'm losing some valuable training time for Surf city I think I'll come back 100% when I start running again. The plan is to try and start back either Sunday or Monday with some shorter runs at low speed and if everything feels good start ramping things up and be ready for Feburary.
