I'm counting the days down till it's "Surf and Sun" time and oh there's also a marathon to run.I think the foot is going to come around. I'm increasing my longer runs and my mileage every week and it hasn't seem to hurt it any. I think I'll still wait a couple more weeks then I'll start throwing in some track work and harder tempo runs if it still feels alright and I should be ready. I'm still undecided if this will be my target marathon or if Boston will be. I'll just see how the training goes.
