After work run, not sure if I'm ever going to get this foot thing behind me. I'm a little disappointed to say the least but we'll see what tomorrow brings with a rest day from running and a good hard ride on the trail after work maybe things will look better at least I won't feel like such a  ?????

maybe you could take a couple of days and not run or cross train. Ya know, like sit in a chair and channel surf!!!

Not happening here, I'm just not wired that way!!!!! I'd go "CRAZY"

You're probably right and I appreciate the advice but seriously I've got to be doing something and bikng really seems to loosen the foot up and keeps me from going crazy. It's amazing how much you miss running(pain free)when you can't.
