I'm in Boston 2013 !!!!! but I've got to get my training in for the Surf City first. The foot is doing a lot better. I can actually run relaxed and with a normal stride now. I hoping I'll be back to 100% in a couple weeks, then I'll start ramping up the longer runs. The "ING" will be hear before you know it and it looks like your going to be on top of your game. Keep up the hard work.

32 days till "ING NYC", I think I'm going to be ready for a pretty good race. Not going full out for NYC, going to save it up for Surf City USA.....
