60's at start in the 70's at the end "Hot ,Humid and Sunny" I'm not ready for this. This wasn't a confidence builder today.
8:21 avg pace. Pretty even and steady pace, ran 18 miles with a guy I work with.

I got it done but it wasn't pretty. If the jet steam doesn't move we'll be looking at Hotter than nornal temps. then all we can hope for it to be cloudy and not raining.
