AM workout and run. Giving the foot the test after a 10 day break from running, the foot is better but not quite as good as I'd hoped for. I'll see what tomorrow brings ???

AM workout and then off to the trail 13 MTB miles. I don't think the foot feels any worse after running yesterday but theres still some issues there, I'm going to take a run every other day approach and see if I can get it over the hump for the next couple weeks.
