Afternoon workout rest day from running

Afternoon run after work 89 sunny and hot.Started out with the legs feeling really heavy. I don't know why but that's the way they feel a lot of days following a rest day.I was really surprised when I got done and looked at my splits. Not that they're fast just faster than they felt.
