5 miler before church.

I've been checking out the local extended forecast for Paducah.There's a half marathon May 10 and if the waqether is not to warm I might just run it. The legs should be fine by then. Right now the forecast is 48/63 and raining if that sticks I'm in......

Morning workout before work

6 mile tempo run afterwork. Probably ran to fast to early but was inspired by IJR's run so I thought I'd test the legs and see where there at.I'll take it easy tomorrow.

Morning workout before work.

I was going to take the night off but the rain moved out, it cleared off and my wife and daughter left for the night. So I took advantage of it and went for a relaxing late afternoon easy pace run..

7:54 avg pace but felt awful good. I didn't push the pace I just went with what felt good to the legs.

Wanted to test the fitness today to see what kind of pace I could run if I decide to run the half next Saturday

44:11    6:45 overall avg pace The pace was all over the place but the effort was pretty steady except for the first mile when the legs were getting warmed up. Not really sure what to take from this but feel like I could keep close to a 7 min. pace if I pace myself and the weather cooperates.
