Nice afternoon run after work. It turned out to be kind of a progessive run with me picking up the pace. I was running relax and easy and not looking at my Garmin.
7:40 avg pace

looks like you've got a pretty good week going on. Keep up the great training and stay injury free! Show time in 35 days and a wake up !

The rest of the training is going to be tough. I'll be working 7 days a week and at least 12 hours a day for the next 3 to 4 weeks. The shorter runs won't be much of a problem after the first week. I'm hoping I can slip away early or come in late one day the next week so I can get a long run in.
