6 mile run after work 32 windy and cold but dry. I think "Winter and Cold weather" is here to stay. I was explaining to my daughter the difference for me in summer and winter is, in the summer it's not hard to get out the door. You put on some shorts and "Go" but I get Hot and I run out of gas. When it's cold it's hard to get out the door but once I get out there and get to running and get warmed up I love it. Bottom line is I do "Cold" better than and I do "Hot"

I didn't get out the door today so good for you. Nice job getting out on one of the first cold days. Hopefully we will get some more nice fall weather.
