Got home late last night so I tried to sleep in a little but also wanted to get up and take advantage of the cooler temps so I kind of split the difference and got up at 7:00.

- 2.5 miles @ 6:30 avg pace
- .10 (rest walk/jog)
- 1 mile @ 7:00
- .10 (rest walk/jog)
- 1 mile @ 7:00
- .10 (rest walk/jog)
- .5 mile @ 8:00
- .20 walk/jog cool down
I'm starting to try and work in some speed and see how the feet respond. |
