Morning workout and run 40's and cloudy kind of windy.

  6. 7:07 ( a little slow down to cool down)

 

Afternoon run 60's and cloudy not much wind

The plan was to run a steady 8:00 pace this afternoon but what I ran felt really relaxed so I just went with it. I'll take tomorrow off then a slower pace 8-10 miler Wednesday.
