Afternoon workout after work then I hit the trail for a little MTB'ing 12 miles. I got home mowed the yard, ate supper then me and my daughters boyfriend took a little 10 mile road ride "FUN" times.............

Had a nice ride to work in the morning then I rode to where Candy works after work.

Morning workout and run. Took off work today to help my daughter paint her room. We went to get some supplies, ate breakfast and spent the rest of the day in her room painting and talking; "Fun times" !!!!!!!!

It stormed all night so my hopes of riding to work were slim. I got up a little after 4:00 and looked out and it had all but quit raining so I decided to go with it.  I'm glad I did because me and all the animals were all that were out. I counted 6 deer, 3 baby ratcoons, a possum and I rode within about four foot of a "BIG" skunk (I surprised him more than he surprised me because I smelled him first) and countless frogs on the road. For some reason it made my day!!!! Anyway.... I also had a nice ride home. 24 miles total. I beat the rain home changed cloths and went for an easy run in the rain no Garmin but about an 8 min pace. Life is Good

Afternoon workout and then I hit the trail for a little MTB'ing. The trail conditions were near perfect and the weather super nice. It would have been a good day to try for a PR on the Canal Loop I just started out to slow but did manage to turn a good loop anyway.

Afternoon workout after work. A rest day from running but I couldn't resist hitting the trail after the gym for a relaxing 12 mile ride. I took the time to smell the roses and really enjoy the trail today. WOW!!!!! It doesn't get much better......
