Afternoon easy pace taper run rainy and 60's

Morning workout at the gym after work. Then home for some extrra taper rest. No cardio today!!! It makes me fill guility during taper time, like I'm slacking off and really need to be running.

Morning workout at the gym. Trying to decide to either take another day off to rest the foot or get the much needed short run in to keep the legs fresh !!!!!!???????
