Afternoon workout after work, for once I listened to by body (kinda) and skipped cardio this afternoon. I had a hot and sweaty day at work and just didn't have a run in me!!!!!! but I did get the yard mowed so I'm set for tomorrow.........

A lot of times we feel guilty for resting but it always seems to pay off when we listen to our body. Hopefully you will get some of the cooler weather soon.

Thanks guys only an runner understands feeling guilty for taking a day off. I can't wait for "FALL" to get here.
