Our dusting of snow turned out to be about 3-4" snow with a good layer of ice underneath it so no running outside today but not all was lost. The gym was open so I went and had a good workout and 4 mile TM run.

I got to watch the first half of the Alabama game then I had to turn it off and go to bed.

I've got some speed back on the TM but having a harder it doing it outside.
