Afternoon run after work "Hot" but I had a good run. The last three miles at a 7:00 min pace avg.

7 min pace in the heat. You Da Big Dog! I really dislike running in the heat. This morning at 3:30a it was about 50 degrees which made for a very pleasant run. I surly hope these temps hold on for awhile.
