Piriformis and hamstring didn't feel right this morning. They felt great yesterday but after I went to bed they bothered me all night. I set out to a run this morning but changed my mind after they didn't loosen up and opted for a nice an easy road ride on the hybird 15 miles@15.2 mph.

Went down town with my wife and daughter and ran around the blocks as they walked. So it was was walk .10 run .50 most of the time. Not really sure what to think ????????

Oh Ya, have you been doing the RICE thing and have you upped the calcium, maginusum and zinc?

I've been doing the RICE and magnesium plus a lot of PT and stretching
